Enterprise AV integration

Planning, design, installation and support for enterprise meeting spaces, from one room to every location.

What we do

Managed AV services

Rooms that work on install day should keep working every day after it. Managed services keep watch with proactive monitoring, system health checks and software updates, then step in with remote and on-site support when something needs attention.

Coverage is tailored to each client, including systems AV-Tech did not install and teams spread across several sites or around the world. User training and ongoing system optimization are part of the plan from the start.

Why enterprises choose AV-Tech

For more than 20 years, AV-Tech has partnered with enterprise IT, facilities and workplace leaders. The approach is easy to describe and hard to fake.

  • Strategy before hardware. Every engagement starts with how your teams really meet, and advice stays unbiased across manufacturers.
  • Standards across rooms and regions. Room designs that repeat cleanly from one floor to the next location, built to scale with headcount.
  • Support that stays after the install. Training, updates and someone to call when there is a problem.

The team sums it up in a promise that grew out of its own culture: We Got You.

The record behind the promise

A few of the enterprise organizations AV-Tech has planned, built and supported rooms for.

  • AV partner since 2004

    Chick-fil-A

Strategic consultation, engineering, installation and continuous on-site support at the corporate Support Center campus south of Atlanta. Since 2008, systems designed and maintained by AV-Tech have connected employees and restaurant operators across locations, the foundation for hybrid-ready rooms that run on platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

  • Rooms refreshed in two weeks

    Hancock Askew & Co. LLP

An accounting firm with outdated meeting rooms. AV-Tech reviewed every conference room, then updated several within two weeks, a full day of training included: a break room made conference-capable, sound-masking tiles for hard ceilings and glass walls, and new cameras, displays, microphones and soundbars.

  • Also on the client list EY and INPO
  • Contract award AV-Tech has been awarded a GSA contract.

From first conversation to every day after

Four steps, built for enterprise rollouts where the stakes are high and the calendar is full.

  1. Discovery and planning

We learn how your people meet, what each space needs to do and what is already installed.

  2. Solution design

A system designed around how each room is used, aligned across IT, facilities and leadership before anything is ordered.

  3. Implementation

Efficient installation, planned around your calendar to keep disruption to a minimum.

  4. Ongoing support

Maintenance, user training, system upgrades, and someone to call when there is a problem.
